1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 20two.ai website and the 20two service (together, the "Service"), operated by Migrate2.ai, LLC ("20two," "we," "us"), 221 W. 9th St. #704, Wilmington, DE 19801. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service & Early Access
20two is an AI operating system for small businesses. Portions of the Service are offered through an early-access program. Submitting an early-access application does not guarantee admission, and features offered during early access may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
3. Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS)
20two offers text messaging for account and service notifications — such as onboarding steps, account alerts, scheduling updates, and service communications related to your use of 20two.
Opt-in
You receive messages only if you opt in — by providing your mobile number and consenting through a form on our website, or during onboarding to the 20two service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Program details
Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.
Privacy
Your mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy — they are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it by unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, using it to violate any law, or copying or reselling any part of it without our written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service — including the 20two name, logo, website content, software, and design — is owned by Migrate2.ai, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. 20two provides operating intelligence and automation for your business; it does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice, and business decisions made using the Service remain your responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 20two and Migrate2.ai, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
